The Highfield Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) has been designed to provide an introduction to teaching for individuals who would like to work or currently work within FE Colleges, Independent Training Providers and/or Local Authorities.
Quality Training & Skills Development Ltd (QTSD) have a long history of working in the football industry with clubs from the County level up to the Premier League. Through this work the company recognises that clubs in the lower levels of the football pyramid often don’t have the resources, time or manpower available to provide the level of attention to safety that is required by their Local Authority, the Football Association or their affiliated league.
This internationally recognised Highfield ABC qualification, is ideally suited for those who want to work as a steward in the Active Leisure and Learning sector. This may include any event from sports (i.e. football, rugby, cricket, motorsport, horseracing) to music festivals, rock and pop concerts, parades or carnivals
The qualification comprises of six units: Help to manage conflict, support the work of the team and organisation, prepare for spectator events, deal with accidents and emergencies, control the entry, exit and movement of people at spectator events and monitor spectators and deal with crown problems.
